Privacy Policy

The short version
Your photos never leave your phone. Finding the paper, flattening it, segmenting the tools, tracing the outlines and building the 3D model all happen on the device. No photograph, tool outline or model file is uploaded to us, and we have no way to see any of them.
What we do hold is an account, so your free inserts and your subscription follow you between devices, and a count of how many inserts you have made, so the allowance can be enforced.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Your photographs, the outlines traced from them, or the 3D models produced.
- Analytics, tracking or advertising identifiers. Trayce contains no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics and no cross-app tracking.
- Location, contacts, health data, or anything else the app does not ask for.
The app requests camera and photo-library access only to read the picture you choose to take or select. That image is processed on the device and is not transmitted.
Who processes it
- Apple — sign-in and all payment processing.
- Google — sign-in, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Twilio SendGrid — delivers our transactional email.
- Amazon Web Services — hosts the account service, in the United States.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your account and its insert records are kept until you delete the account. Records of Apple subscriptions are kept for as long as needed to honour or reconcile a subscription and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Deleting your account
Open the app, tap the account icon, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the record of the inserts you made. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — only you can do that, in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions — and you will keep being billed until you do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Deleting your account exercises the erasure right directly. For anything else, write to support@flayrlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Trayce is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, tell you in the app or by email.
